Meet Stephanie Reynolds
Founder & CEO
Stephanie Reynolds founded Studio Impact in July 2022 with a mission that was deeply personal. After being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a chronic inflammatory disease affecting the spine, she experienced firsthand how critical it is to have access to safe, intelligent training that respects the body while still challenging it.
Rather than letting her diagnosis define her limits, Stephanie used it as fuel. She set out to create a fitness environment where people of all abilities could train with confidence, knowing their coaches genuinely understand how to modify, progress, and program for real bodies with real challenges.
With certifications from NESTA, ACE, NASM, and ISSA, and more than 11 years as a presenter with Perform Better, one of the fitness industry's most respected continuing education organizations, Stephanie brings a depth of knowledge that goes far beyond a typical gym owner. Her approach blends functional strength, core stability, and strategic cardio into workouts that are never repeated twice.
What started as a vision for a better kind of gym has grown into a community where trainers care, workouts deliver results, and every person who walks through the door feels like they belong.
