Glute Builders Online

Train from anywhere with our 8-week Glute Builders Online program. Designed by Studio Impact's certified coaches, this program delivers progressive glute-focused training that you can do at home or in any gym.

Each week builds on the last with structured workouts that target glute strength, hip stability, and lower body power. You will receive video demonstrations for every exercise, a clear weekly schedule, and programming that adapts to your equipment availability.

What to Expect

Arrive 10 Minutes Early

Show up a few minutes before class so we can introduce ourselves, give you a quick tour of the studio, and learn about any injuries or limitations you want us to know about.

Warm Up Together

Every session starts with a guided warm-up that prepares your body for the workout ahead. Your coach will walk you through each movement and offer modifications from the start.

Train at Your Level

During the workout, your coach will guide you through every exercise with proper form cues. Every movement has a modification, so you work at the intensity that is right for you.

Cool Down & Connect

We finish with a cool-down and stretch. Stick around for a minute afterward to chat with your coach and fellow members. This is where the community really comes alive.
